There are so many awesome things about being back in Europe that it feels kind of lousy to dedicate a blog to every single one of them.
Being able to get decent chocolate again. Being able to go on the internet with normal speed and without censorship.
But what I want to focus on for this post is... internet radio. Every workday I listen to the following stations: KOMO Newsradio in Seattle and WDRV The Drive in Chicago. Chicago is six hours behind and KOMO nine, which means I can listen to their nighttime programming in the morning.
It's great. It's a great way to get into the working groove. KOMO has great local news (which is kind of interesting to me because I spent a couple of months in Seattle nine years ago on an internship. The Drive has classic rock, much of which never made it over to Europe and is completely new to me.
If any of that stuff sounds good to you, check them out. You won't be disappointed.
